We are looking to appoint a highly organised, proactive and experienced Senior Business Administrator for the East Sussex Safeguarding Children Partnership (ESSCP).

The partnership Senior Business Administrator provides vital support to ensure the effective administration of partnership activities. The role requires someone who has excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiples priorities and is able to stay calm under pressure. In addition, you need great organisational skills, accurate minute taking for complex safeguarding meetings, excellent MS Office skills and a desire to make a difference for the children, young people and families in East Sussex.

The partnership business unit is a small friendly team. A considerable amount of the partnership activity is undertaken virtually, via MS Teams, so the Senior Business Administrator will need to have a proactive nature and able to work both independently and in a team. Office bases used for in-person meetings predominantly are in Lewes and Eastbourne, but can be across the entire County as required to meet the needs of the partnership. The Senior Business Administrator vacancy is for 18.5 hours a week, to be worked Tuesday to Thursday each week from flexible locations.
