Subgroups

The East Sussex Safeguarding Children Partnership (ESSCP) operates a partnership ‘Board’ made up of statutory safeguarding partners and relevant agencies, which meets on a quarterly basis, and a ‘Steering Group’, to support strategic and operational decision making. Key documents include:

The ESSCP produces a ‘briefing’ of the discussion at each quarterly Board meetings. The Board Briefings can be found below:

This is supported by a subgroup structure which leads on areas of ESSCP business. The groups are facilitated by the ESSCP Business Unit, are chaired by key multi-agency partners, and are attended by a range of managers from multi-agency partners.
