| This Teams event will provide practitioners with an awareness of what Adultification in children is and how it affects their journey. Practitioners will have the opportunity to consider their own unconscious bias and stereotypes and how to address them and challenge these. The importance of establishing anti-racist & anti-discriminatory practices will also be explored. |
